Shipping and Delivery

Track your order status easily through your email confirmation once you get one of our products.

TRACKING STATUS

If your tracking information hasn’t been updated for 2-3 days, don’t worry -- that’s totally normal! Occasionally there will be delays in shipping, so you might not see an update on your tracking for a few more days. If your package hasn’t moved in 7 days, contact us with the “Contact us” link and we can help locate your package!

MISSING PACKAGE

Still haven’t received your order even though your order status says “Delivered”? Try checking with your neighbors first to make sure the package didn’t get delivered to their house instead. Sometimes, mail carriers leave packages at nearby doors by mistake (oops!). 

Occasionally USPS will mark packages as "Delivered" before they've actually left the package at your address. Typically they show up within 24-48 hours after being marked as "Delivered", so hang tight for a day or two!

If you don’t have any luck there and you still haven't received your package after 48 hours of it being marked as "Delivered", we’ll be happy to help resolve the issue. Just contact us at the “Contact us” link below, and send us your name, shipping address, the email used to place your order and your order number. We’ll get back to you ASAP with more details on your package status.

Please Note: The shipping time for your package is in addition to the processing time in our warehouses.

PROCESSING TIMES

We know you want your new Silvanus products ASAP (can’t blame you), so we typically ship orders within 4-6 days after the order is placed. However, we also have warehouses all over the world and it can take some time to get a product that is not in our US warehouse.

We offer free shipping for all US and CA orders over $55USD (yay!). If the shipping cost hasn’t been removed from your order, double-check that the subtotal of your order (before taxes) has reached the $50 minimum.


During the holidays, *everyone* online shops. Which means mail carriers like DHL and USPS get backed up and packages can, unfortunately, get delayed. However, we will make sure to send enough information about the tracking number of your package so you don't have to take any risks.

To put it simply, pre-order means you can order an item/s even before they become available! Placing an order will reserve you the product and it will start to ship once we replenish our inventory for them. We will indicate on the Product Page of the item if it is for pre-order and it will include a date as to when the product is expected to start shipping. Easy!

If you order a 'pre-order' item/s along with other items, the other items will be shipped out business as usual. Then, the pre-order item will ship out separately starting on the date indicated on our website

Check your inbox for a shipping confirmation email, which includes a link to track your Silvanus package. Still can’t find it? Just pop in your email address and order number, and we’ll give you all the details on where your package is and when it’s expected to arrive.

 If none of those options work, please contact us using the “Contact us” link. We’ll need your ship-to name, the email address you used to place the order and your order number. Once we have that info, we’ll get back to you ASAP with more details on your package status.

In order to qualify for any promotional offers involving free shipping, your purchase needs to meet our $65 minimum order amount after all discounts are applied.

Here's an example:

You add $100 worth of bracelets to your cart and use a fantastic coupon that provides you with a 50% discount!  Your new total before taxes and shipping would be $50. 

Since that price is below our normal minimum order amount, you wouldn't be able to choose promotional shipping as an option.  Add an item or two to your order that will bring the price after discounts to $65 or more, and then you'll be able to take advantage of that shipping method!


Product Issues

You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the day you received it.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be defective or damaged in shipping. In all other cases, the buyer is responsible for the item sold. We do not accept refunds if the customers just don't like the product or changed their mind. We are very committed to offer products with best quality for you.

Your item needs to have the receipt or the proof of purchase. You need to submit a picture of this and the damage product in the email of the website sales@silvanus-shop.com

Once we receive your receipt and picture of the product we will submit you the approval to ship the product to our store. When the product is received, we will refund your payment to your credit card or through the same method you used to pay originally. 

Once we receive your request of return, we will send you all the information necessary about where you must send your package.

*You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

To cancel an order, please contact Silvanus as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will automatically send you a refund, but if your product is already shipped, we won't be able to send you a refund. 

All refund and cancellations will receive an email confirmation for their records. 

Sorry about that! If we sent you an incorrect item in your order, click the “contact us” link below and provide us with your name, order number and the item(s) you’re missing or received by accident. We’ll handle the issue ASAP!

We recommend that customers remove jewelry before going to bed or participating in any physical activity. Exposure to certain harsh chemicals or environments will result in compromising the integrity of your jewelry. This includes, but is not limited to the following: perspiration, perfumes, cleaning agents, chlorine, salt water, and silver polish.

STERLING SILVER

All sterling silver will tarnish over time, but it will happen much faster when it comes into contact with agents such as perfume, salty air, Sulphur, skin creams, hairspray, chlorine and acidic skin ph. The amount of tarnishing (oxidation) that occurs is dependent on the skin and care habits of the wearer. Tarnishing is therefore not a manufacturing fault. To prevent tarnishing/oxidization and to revive luster, all products should be cleaned using a soft polishing cloth.

GOLD PLATED AND RODHIUM PLATED JEWELLERY

Gold plated jewelry will not tarnish but over time chemicals, perfume, oil, moisture, wear and soil may cause it to corrode. We recommend cleaning with a soft cloth or washing in warm soapy water; rinse and dry thoroughly. Please avoid contact with any chemicals as it may remove the gold plated layer. When storing, please protect your gold plated jewelry from scratches, chemicals, extreme temperatures and sunlight.

LEATHER JEWELLERY

Leather is a natural material, general wear and cleaning may cause shrinkage and color variations. Silvanus cannot be held responsible for any damage due to negligence. To preserve the quality of Silvanus leather products, please do not wash with any household cleaning fluids. If wet, please allow leather to dry naturally. Do not place near a source of heating or open fire.

We do our best to display the colors and images of our products accurately on the website. However, we can’t guarantee that your computer monitors display will be accurate and depict the same colors. 

Please also keep in mind that all of our bracelets are made natural stones, which means thread color can slightly vary from stone to stone, like turquoise, which can vary in color. This makes each piece of jewelry unique to you!

Unfortunately, the answer is no. This is company policy.

We do not accept Instagram handle names, blog names, first names only, email addresses, made-up/inappropriate names, or business/store names. You will be disqualified during the application process immediately if we see this.

A few exceptions would be:

If your name is legally changed (ex. you get married, divorced, we understand these changes happen!)If you have multiple first names and/or last names (ex. Elizabeth Maria Gonzalez Garcia, we would suggest picking one when signing up or letting us know your name is misspelled!

We understand that some of you have longer or more difficult names, but this also what makes you unique! You can always share your shopping link instead, so it will automatically apply to your friends & family's orders! We also understand that some of you are uncomfortable with sharing your last name on social channels as well. We hope you understand!

Once you're application gets accepted, you will receive an email with the rest of information that we still need for you.

In this information, we will need you to send us your PayPal account.

We only transfer payments through PayPal. If you don't have one, don't worry it is a very simple process and all your transfers will go directly to your bank account.
