You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the day you received it.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be defective or damaged in shipping, different than what it was ordered, or in bad condition. In all other cases, the buyer is responsible for the item sold. We are very committed to offer products with the best quality for you.
Your item needs to have the receipt or the proof of purchase. You need to submit a picture of this and the product in the following email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once we receive your receipt and picture of the product we will submit you the approval to ship the product to our store. When the product is received, we will refund your payment to your credit card or through the same method you used to pay originally.
Silvanus will be responsible to pay for all the shipping costs for returning your item. We will make sure to send you through email the specific address where you need to send the product.
To cancel an order, please contact Silvanus as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will automatically send you a refund, but if your product is already shipped, we won't be able to send you a refund.
All refund and cancellations will receive an email confirmation for their records.
